More than a month ago I was informed that a West Salem police officer was fixing tickets for sex. Someone set up a sting where 2 girls offered him a threesome to fix both of their tickets. The officer has been on administrative leave for more than a month. The police chief has only indicated that it is for violating departmental policy.
The thin blue line is trying to cover up for a bad cop. It's one of these guys. Call the chief and demand he root out the bad cop!

Request the work schedule for last month under he open records laws. It will show who didn’t work any hours. Officer Threesome will be exposed.
